Leading up to International Women’s Day, WHA Members have been invited to join a Just a Drop webinar on Friday 5th March at 10:00 discussing the impact of water scarcity on women and girls across the world. They are the ones usually tasked with collecting water. They also suffer the most from lack of sanitation and the resulting indignities.
The panel will comprise Just a Drop Founder and Chair Fiona Jeffery OBE, Senior Programmes Manager Melissa Campbell, Wood Principal Hydrogeologist Nancy Stone and African Sand Dam Foundation’s Communications Officer, Kendi Kang’ori in a debate moderated by Anne Joselin of FCDO.
They will explore what we can do to make the world more equitable for women and girls, whilst giving an insight into some of Just a Drop’s sustainable work. Please register for free via this link.
